Distribution against incumbent MSOs: independent outpatient practices are notoriously hard to sell into one at a time — does BackboneOS have a wedge (a specialty, a payor relationship, a referral channel) that compounds, or is this a cold-call SaaS motion?
Scope vs. focus: performance analytics, vendor management, procurement, and capital coordination is four products. Which one is the wedge, and is there evidence that practices pay for the bundle rather than picking off pieces from point solutions?
Buyer economics: what is the willingness-to-pay of an independent practice owner relative to the cost-to-serve, and how does the model defend against price compression as a practice grows?
Founder fit: founder background, prior healthcare operating or build experience, and depth of relationships with practice owners are unknown — first call should resolve these.
